PLACING AN ORDER You can make payment on-line on our secure website. OR You can call us on the telephone number given on the website under Contact Us.
PLACING AN ORDER ON OUR WEBSITE To make a purchase, select the product and the required quantity, then click add to basket button appearing on each available product page. The product will be added to your basket. You should be able to see the number and total price of items in your basket on the top right corner of your screen. To make payment, click on checkout at the top right corner of the screen. If you are making a purchase for the first time, you will need to register as a customer. We need these details to be able to process and deliver your order. Once you have registered, please log in using your registered email address and password. Existing customers can choose to log-in at any time during their visit to the website. The first step in making an order is the details screen. Here you can check that the details of the order are the same as you want. If there are any changes, please click change order details button. The next screen will enable you to change quantity or even take products out of your basket. Once your basket contains the required products, click on 'continue'. The next step is to confirm your delivery and payment addresses. Here, you can choose existing addresses, edit addresses or add a new address. Once you have chosen the billing and delivery addresses, the next screen will provide all details regarding your order including relevant addresses. Here, you can also give a name to your order if you prefer e.g., Janes Shoes. You can also let us know of any special requests in the box named additional information. Once finished, please click on submit order to go to the last screen to give your payment card details. After completing the order, you will receive two emails from us. One confirming your order and the second informing you that your order has been processed and dispatched.
CANCELLING AN ORDER According to the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. If you would like to do so, you need to return the products to us as soon as possible and under conditions as explained under RETURNING GOODS TO US. Where the goods have been delivered to a third party (for example, as gift), this right can only be exercised if the goods are returned to us as explained under RETURNING GOODS TO US.
DELIVERY Delivery to you is free for any purchases made over £150. There is a delivery charge of £5.00 (non-refundable) for orders up to £150 in value. Delivery time for your order is normally between 3 to 4 days unless otherwise specified on the product page. We use recorded postage services offered by the Royal Mail and other reputed courier companies to send your order. There are some areas within the UK where it takes longer for the mail to be delivered. If your order is destined for those areas, please note that it may take slightly longer to deliver. In case you do not receive your order within this time, please let us know by email, post or telephone as provided in the 'Contact Us' section. Please make sure that there is someone available to receive and sign for the goods at the address that you want us to send your goods to. We reserve the right to charge you for postage costs if the goods are returned to us undelivered.
EXCHANGING DEFECTIVE GOODS If our goods are faulty or we have made a mistake in sending the right goods to you, please get in touch with us through post, email or phone as soon as possible within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Let us know what is wrong with the product. We will then send you a prepaid return label to return the goods so that you do not have to pay for the postage to return these goods to us. Once the goods are returned to us as explained under RETURNING GOODS TO US, we can either send you a replacement (free of cost, of course) or process a refund for you. If you prefer a replacement, we will try our best to replace the goods from our existing stock. If we do not have the same products left in our stock, we will try to get the same product/s made specifically for you. In any case, we will inform you if it is possible for us to produce the same product and an expected time for the order to be delivered to you. You also have the option to select a different product from our available stock and pay/receive the difference.
RETURNING GOODS TO US If you are returning any goods to us for one of the above reasons: - let us know through normal post or email (See Contact Us) as soon as possible. - ensure that all goods are returned to us unused and in a saleable condition (including that they must not smell of smoke or perfume). - do not cut any labels attached. - fill up the Comments Card (enclosed with your order) describing the reason for return and enclose it with the package. - place all the goods (unused), their packing and all relevant paperwork back. To send goods back to us, we recommend that you use a postal/parcel/courier service with traceable proof of delivery under appropriate insurance cover. In view of the current reliability of standard mail, you may need proof that you have returned the items back to us and claim insurance if the goods are lost in transit. We can only acknowledge receipt of the parcel if it has been signed for at our end. Once the goods are received by us and are in order, we will credit your card with the original amount. The above does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau. We need to guard ourselves against unscrupulous persons trying to pass themselves as genuine customers. For this purpose, we reserve the right to refuse sale if we believe that any of the details given are with a fraudulent intent. We may pass such details on to relevant authorities and other fraud prevention organisations.
STOCK AVAILABILITY By their very nature, our products are extremely limited in numbers. When they are gone, they are gone. In some cases, we may be able to reproduce a certain item. If you would like us to do that, call us or send us an email detailing the item. We will try our best to make one for you on order and will inform you of the delivery times involved. Please note that any such special requests would only be taken with full advance payment.
PRODUCT CARE Pashminas Any item made from pashmina including shawls, scarves etc. must not be washed. Such items can only be dry-cleaned. We recommend that you ask for these products to be dry-cleaned separately. Frequent dry-cleaning should be avoided. Leather Protect all leather goods from high temperatures. It is also recommended to avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
PRICING All prices are subject to change without notice.
PRODUCT IMAGES We have tried our best to ensure that the images on the website are a true reflection of our products. Technology, however, at the moment is limited in its ability to reproduce all the colours visible to human eye. The colours in the images, therefore, can only be an approximation of the actual colours.
SIZES Lengths are designated by the letter L, width by W, depth by D and height by H. All sizes are approximate measures of the actual dimensions and where possible terms like max. (maximum) and min. (minimum) are used for further explanation.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS Human hands are no match for the cold accuracy of a machine. Therefore, slight imperfections are a feature of all such products which by their virtue impart character to our products.
